I visited today 3 staff member blocking the way discussing but I wait long but even they not say sorry and not care about the customer.

Won't be visiting this branch again,I was appalled that I was expected to leave a small 10 inch shoulder bag at reception,because \people were stealing\ apparently......Tamworth branch do not have this policy,though they still have this type of security problem,like any where in the country that sells goods....imagine if every place you bought from did this!...absolutely ridiculous,impractical and an invasion of personal rights....Needs sorting out!!!!
